RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your lighting product(s), and they are not damaged or defective, please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days of delivery to request a return shipping address. Please note that all items must be returned in the original packaging, uninstalled and in 100% sellable condition for credit to be issued. Credit will be issued for the full price of the product(s) minus a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Special orders cannot be returned.
Proof of delivery, in the form of a tracking number, of the returned product to the manufacturer is required for credit to be issued. Therefore, please ensure that the carrier that you select to return the merchandise will provide tracking from pick-up to delivery. The Victor Lighting Company will not be responsible for any returned items that have been lost in shipment. So please retain your carrier tracking number for your records.
